Privacy Policy

• When posting to the Lecture & Consulting Inquiry board (/requests/new): name, email, phone (optional), affiliation (optional)
• When requesting a lecture material download: name, email
• If subscribed to the newsletter: email
• Information the operator keeps in the student roster for lectures: lecture date, name, email or phone number, affiliation, training institution, and notes. When entering a ‘Students Only’ lecture resource room, the affiliation, name, and email that students enter are collected with their consent (visible only to the operator and never made public).
• When using chat in a ‘Students Only’ lecture resource room: nickname (or, in rooms that ask for details on entry, the name you entered), and the messages and images you post. These are visible only to students in the same room and the operator, who keeps them as a lecture record.
• When visiting public pages: a hashed IP for visitor statistics (the original IP is not stored)

This information is used only to answer inquiries, share lecture materials, send updates, and compile visitor statistics. Your email and phone number are never shown on the public board.

The student roster (including the affiliation, name, and email entered when accessing the resource room) is destroyed 3 year(s) after the class date. Chat logs are deleted by the operator within 3 year(s) after the course ends.

Inquiry and application records are kept unless you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

We do not provide collected personal information to third parties. However, when the instructor summarizes chat logs, the conversation, with nicknames replaced by pseudonyms such as ‘Student 1’, is sent to an AI service (Anthropic Claude) for summarization and is not used for any other purpose. Lecture materials (photos, PDF) are stored in the operator's own Google Drive; this integration is used only for file storage and transfer and does not pass visitors' personal information to Google. Emails (Newsletter, inquiry reply notifications) are sent via Gmail.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies that track visitors. The only cookie is for keeping the admin login session, and it's issued to the site operator alone. Also, entering an access code in the ‘Students Only’ lecture materials section sets a cookie that remembers your access for 14 days.
